What do you like best about Property Works?

The program design puts information in a clear and accessible format, easy to understand and access quickly. As a new employee, the training tutorials are excellent and the program is a breeze to understand and begin to utilize. The customer service is excellent. They are always available for questions and concerns. I am so impressed with the way the program can combine all of the information needed from lease information to financial breakdowns. What do you dislike about Property Works?

There are several steps that I feel could self populate but it is likely those are areas that may not need to self populate-ex: not every landlord contact will be the contact for rent payments, et. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Property Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rather than going from one program to another for information regarding dates and documents-you can have it all under one program. The best way I can describe it is that the program allows you to see the whole picture of a unit and the whole picture of the portfolio of the company. It gives all the past history, the financial information, taxes, legal documentation that backs up the unit data-in one easy to use format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
