What do you like best about Property Meld?

I like how it centralizes communication with all parties—tenants, owners, and vendors—and creates a clear record of those interactions. I also love the AI summaries and the range of options we offer our owners through the hub. What do you dislike about Property Meld?

I don't like that the data we generate using Property Meld requires paying extra for Insight Pros as an additional feature. If that information is produced by how we operate, it should be available to us natively without another paid add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Property Meld solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes our staff’s day-to-day work easier. It troubleshoots for us before a work order reaches us, which saves a lot of time, so we can make the best use of our team's time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
