What do you like best about Property Guys?

What I value most is not having to work across dozens of agent websites. Property Guys pulls listings from across Mallorca into a single app, which turns what used to be hours of scattered searching into one session.

The AI search is the standout feature — describing the property in normal language gets to relevant results much faster than working through filters. Combined with the map view, it's a genuinely efficient way to narrow down by area, which on Mallorca is half the decision.

The price-per-m² data is the quiet upside: it gives you a quick sanity check on whether an asking price is realistic for the neighbourhood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Guys?

The main limitation for me is that it's iPhone-only. There's no Android version and no web interface, which means any research I do is confined to my phone — and when you're comparing a dozen properties side by side, or want to pull details into a document, a small screen is the wrong tool. What problems is Property Guys solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, searching for property on Mallorca meant a scattered process: dozens of agency websites, the same property listed multiple times under different references, no consistent way to compare prices across areas, and a shortlist that lived in a spreadsheet and went stale quickly.

With Property Guys, all of that sits in one app. The measurable benefit is time — what took many hours of portal-hopping now takes minutes — but the bigger gain is confidence in the coverage. I'm no longer working with the nagging sense that the right property is sitting on an agency site I haven't found yet.
