Propensa is built around how commercial brokers actually work. Everything hangs off the deal: status, milestones, commission by milestone, and a dated comment log with follow-ups. Nothing lives in a generic contact record. Listings and clients are handled separately, so landlord-rep and tenant-rep work each have a proper structure.
The AI connector is the standout. I can ask Claude for my daily briefing (overdue follow-ups, quiet deals, upcoming commission events) and get an answer from live data. I can log a call, set a follow-up, update a deal status, or add a milestone in plain English instead of clicking through screens. It covers tenants and lease expirations, notice deadlines, pursuits, and task lists, so the CRM gets updated because the effort is low. In my experience that is where most CRMs fail. Task management isn't as robust as I would like. The to-do list has no native priority, and I ended up running a parallel task tracker outside the CRM. Deal-level follow-ups with a review date work well, but general task handling does not match them.
None of this is a dealbreaker. And I have been impressed with Propensa's ability to consider suggestions and add them if feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
