What do you like best about Propel?
Propel's one of the few PR tools that actually feels built for how PR works today. I found the AI features super helpful. The personalized intros part specially saved me a lot of time. Also, their plugins are top notch. I use both Gmail and Outlook so I worked with both their plugins, super easy to install and work with. Tracks all your opens and responses etc.
Their media database has also seriously improved. Oh, and their customer success is great. Very responsive and helpful, unlike others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Propel?
