What do you like best about Proofpoint Core Email Protection?

Set up was extremely easy and we were walked through it step by step with Proofpoint experts. Some of our other IT providers have simply said 'here you go' and we have had to figure it out. Proofpoint walked us through it and continues to walk us through any questions or modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Core Email Protection?

There are a couple different portals and sometimes it can be confusing. I think for the most part we only use one and will likely forget the others or lose access to those accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proofpoint Core Email Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we are solving is removing the Business Email Compromise issues we encounter. We had been seeing a lot of emails pretending to be our CEO asking for gift cards and more importantly one of our HR vendors asking for some documentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
