This multipurpose solution enables us to preemptively audit and control all digital communications that are subject to strict regulatory mandates from governing bodies, whether siloed or federated. Whether it be emails or instant messaging sections, Proofpoint Digital Compliance reads and flags any form of unauthorized behavior/content for us to apply to before issues get forward. What problems is Proofpoint Digital Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proofpoint Digital Compliance, one of the top features for me, was its ability to evolve in tune with the continually evolving compliance environment. Any time new rules are created or rules get changed, the platform just rolls them up, which is good for us as we have our radar on these changes and so little chance of paying a costly penalty for deficient compliance.
