From an admin perspective, what stands out most about TrueContext forms is the high level of control and standardization they enable across the organization. Administrators can create robust conditional logic, enforce required fields, manage version control, and ensure users follow consistent processes, which helps reduce errors and compliance risk. The ability to manage user permissions, automate workflows and approvals, and integrate data directly into an ERP or other business systems reduces manual entry and improves overall data accuracy. In addition, centralized management of users, submissions, and revisions—paired with dependable offline functionality—gives admins better visibility and confidence that field data is captured correctly and efficiently. Overall, the platform streamlines operations while maintaining strong governance and data integrity.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

From an admin perspective, what I like least about TrueContext forms is that the platform’s flexibility and power can also make it more complex to manage. Building and maintaining advanced conditional logic, integrations, and workflows can become time-consuming, especially as forms grow in size and complexity. Even small changes may require careful testing to prevent unintended downstream effects, and managing version control across multiple user groups can add extra administrative overhead. On top of that, troubleshooting sync issues, integration failures, or user errors can fall heavily on the admin, requiring technical knowledge as well as ongoing oversight. Overall, the system is very powerful, but that same depth can create a steeper learning curve and increase the day-to-day maintenance responsibility.

The workflow can feel convoluted at times, and some options aren’t always clearly visible or easy to access when I need them.

I really like the ease of use and also the customization in trueContext. Accessing and configuring the checklists is very good and easy, and the simplicity makes my work easier and faster, which is very valuable.

When I have checklists that get stuck in limbo or it takes a long time to update a WO, it's very difficult. I wish there was a way to see who claimed a checklist without having to contact technical support.

I use trueContext to create and fill out WOs and checklists, making this task much easier. Quick and simple access and configuration of the checklists make my work easier and faster, being highly valuable.

I like many of the features within the form builder, particularly surrounding the custom actions. Customer support is also very thorough, which is arguably the best feature.

Having a more reliable save function and auto-save function to avoid data-loss problems would make this a more viable platform going forward.

We continue with the novelty of having to introduce a semicolon to add emails; there should be dedicated cells for each email.

It has become even more refined now. The ability to choose preferred language allows us to save time and hassles. and with multicolumn layout helps us see more fields at single time.

They have added more great features but analytics and reporting side can be more flexible. More builtin dashboard or visualization will make it even better.

We used prontoforms to manage our field teams it's very easy and agile.
It's very easy to use and even new employees are able to use this software very easily.
The file creation process is really simple the forms created are really robust and helps in really simple integrations.

I'm an admin within Truecontext, and when looking to set up things like SSO within TrueContext, there is great documentation and API connectors for me to be able to connect my org when I need to.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

I haven't been around it too much, I think user creation and everything I've used so far has been easy to use. If I had to say something it's that the UI isn't great, but everything works perfect so if it's not broke don't fix it.

I believe our business uses them for inspection forms and managing a lot of the forms we use regularly. I never get any complaints from people within my organization which happens just about everywhere else, so it must be doing something right.

There's no way to start a form on one device, and pick it up on another device. I have to transfer the form to a coworker, transfer it back, and open it on a different device.

Certain features with the form itself are lacking. For example, I dislike that there's no way to have a multiple choice option for media fields. Like if you want an image to display, but you want to choose which image is displayed. I can't figure out how to do this.

it would be great if you can set an option where you could download several forms by pdf en the section of "sent forms" at the same time just clicking  once.

We used to do all our work by paper, which is not eco-friendly and also we were exposed to lose important information because we just have them on hand. Also, we had to send emails with the documentation if we needed to share it, which involves a lot of time for each project. All that problems were solved by prontoforms. We're working with you since 4 years and we're happy to see how we improve our performance on field thanks to this usefull tool.

Some examples are:
Size limit for uploading pictures to inspection reports is 20MB, which is way too low for a full report including supporting pictures.
Another inconvenience is the inability to link external documents to forms, e.g. drawings etc.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

Having used multiple systems (TrueContext, iAuditor, Predictive Solutions, eCompliance), the system is the worst of the four. There really isn't much I like about the software. Creating forms is cumbersome. Smart Logic is tedious and works less than 50% of the time as designed, I just hard to come up with anything I like about it.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

The software is a data collection service. You have to pay for this service to import into Power BI, so you are in theory paying for two services to get anything useful from the data being collected. Other software available has a decent amount of analytics included in the price that is useable data. TrueContext does not offer this unless you upcharge, however we are on a corporate account with multiple companies, and I have no ability to do this upcharge for myself. The Smart Logic system is broken. The end result (completed reports) is just data that you have to search each inspection to see if anyone has listed items as at-risk or unsafe, which takes a lot of time when you have multiple inspections being completed a day. And if you are just learning PowerBI like I am, you quickly learn that importing what you need into another paid service is a headache. It just makes no sense that you have a data dump that requires another system to digest and give you information. It's a money grab to me on both ends. Advanced Analytics should be available through trueContext.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There really is no benefit other than collecting data. I have many problems, as mentioned on the first page. Smart Logic, lack of Analytics, it's just not a good system for people that really need to see real time analytics daily in minimal time.

**What do you like best about TrueContext?**

The ability to quickly develop, deploy, change, and duplicate forms serves our needs for daily use. 

The forms easily developed and are accesable and easy to train users on. Many of our operations require updates and the platform allows for quick maintenence of the forms. 

When needed, the TrueContext support team is availible and comes to you with solutions.

**What do you dislike about TrueContext?**

I would perfer the mobile platform to have a better visual component to colour different components.

**What problems is TrueContext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily diaries for constuction inspection staff allow for consistent production of daily records on construction projects.
