While the tool is great and helps me get much better prompt commands, I had emailed in to customer service with a change on my account. The response was quick and they even followed up when I was delayed in reply. Impressive and appreciated! I use Prompt Genie multiple times a day and rarely input to a LLM without heading to Prompt Genie first. I love the extension with chatGPT and how easy it was to set up and use every day.
