What do you like best about Prompt Security?

Prompt Security solved a huge gap for us: visibility and control over GenAI usage. The browser extension deploys in minutes with Intune, and starting in monitor-only mode gave us real insights before enforcing policies. The ability to detect Shadow AI, redact sensitive data in real time, and block risky apps is amazing. Plus, the support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable—they made onboarding painless. What do you dislike about Prompt Security?

Honestly, very little. If anything, the reporting dashboard could offer a few more customization options for large enterprises, but it’s still very intuitive. Deployment and integration were smooth, and the learning curve was minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prompt Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Prompt Security, we had zero visibility into Shadow AI and no control over employees using GenAI tools like ChatGPT or code assistants. This created a huge risk of data leaks, regulatory non-compliance, and accidental exposure of secrets.

Prompt Security solved that by giving us real-time monitoring, policy enforcement, and data redaction without slowing productivity. Now we can safely enable AI tools for employees and developers, ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security policies, and eliminate the risk of sensitive data leaving the organization.
