What do you like best about Promomash?

Promomash has made a huge difference in organizing our trade management and bringing all our trade spend, plans, and historical data into one place. The hands-on support from the Promomash team, especially with deduction analysis and onboarding, has saved our team significant manual effort. Their willingness to innovate and take client feedback seriously has made the tool more user-friendly and trustworthy, and the recent improvements to reporting and dashboards have made the data more accurate and actionable. The partnership aspect, where we get expert help and advice, sets Promomash apart from other TPM tools that just leave you on your own after onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Promomash?

Occasionally, there are bugs or glitches in the platform, especially when new features or dashboards are rolled out. Sometimes I have to notice and flag these issues myself, which, if not caught, could affect reporting and numbers. While these bugs are usually fixed quickly, it would be great if they were caught before impacting our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Promomash solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Promomash, we had no TPM system, and our trade spend was basically a black hole. We counted whatever deductions came in each month as that month's trade, so we were at the mercy of when customers chose to deduct. Now all our trade plans are in one place, and we can see what we ran in the past, what worked, and what to repeat. We have the structure to move to accrual accounting for trade, which we couldn't have done before. We also see discrepancies we would never have caught, like a retailer taking the wrong scan rate on an EDLP. As a small, fast-growing company that needs to stay profitable, having that control means we know what to expect in trade spend, with no surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
