What do you like best about Promethean Software Service, Inc - Managed EDI Services?

Promethean is quick to respond to required integration changes, mapping changes and other support requests. Recently we needed a non-EDI interface but wanted to leverage part of our EDI integration stream and they quickly developed a solution for us. What problems is Promethean Software Service, Inc - Managed EDI Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have EDI relationships with our largest customers, speeding up order creation and payment receipt for EDI invoices. Promethean provides a downloadable PDF of inbound purchase orders to meet our business requirements. Recently they built an entire file interface and data portal for our internal use as part of new business integration into our EDI data stream, allowing us to quickly stand-up order processing and billing.
