What do you like best about Prolific?

What I like best about Prolific is how straightforward it makes participant recruitment for research. I can define the audience I need, launch a study, and get responses without having to manage the recruitment process manually. The participant screening and targeting options are especially useful when the research requires specific demographics or characteristics, while the overall workflow keeps study setup and data collection organized. What do you dislike about Prolific?

One area that could be improved is the flexibility around participant screening and study management. For more specialized research, it would be useful to have additional options for defining and managing complex participant requirements without relying on workarounds. I’d also like to see more detailed controls and reporting around participant responses so researchers can identify quality issues and manage studies more efficiently. What problems is Prolific solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prolific helps solve one of the more time-consuming parts of research: finding and recruiting the right participants. Instead of handling recruitment, screening, and participant coordination separately, I can manage much of that process through one platform. The targeting options are particularly useful when a study requires a specific audience, and having access to participants in a structured way helps me move from study design to data collection more efficiently.
