What do you like best about Prokuria?

Organizations may automate procurement with Prokuria's cloud-based sourcing and procurement solutions, which can help them save money and time. Forget about tedious Excels and lengthy email threads. By automating your company's sourcing procedures, you may save time and money and take advantage of a platform created specifically for companies who require increased control over their procurement activities. What do you dislike about Prokuria?

The supplier list has no upload option. The first time a user uses this to  add a supplier, they have to add them manually; only afterward they can manage them in a list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prokuria solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a very user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to use.   I started using Prokuria to place RFPs and RFQs. But, you can also hold auctions with your suppliers. After submitting the request and receiving responses from all the suppliers, one of the platform's features that I found to be quite helpful is the ability to quickly and simply compare the responses and export them to Excel. Also, real-time supplier tracking helped me save a tonne of time. Being able to track my suppliers' every move including who accepted or rejected my invitation and who submitted the response was really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
