Projul gives great trainings & customer support. It has helped creating proposals/estimates, contracts & Invoices a breeze. Also, having JustiFi as our payment processing, we have seen in just a few weeks save my company thousands of dollars. I also love the GPS tracking for guys in the field. It has made billing hours to jobs so easy & checking clocking in and out times. I also currently am tracking drivetime so that can assist with additional savings in fuel cost & who should be allowed to drive company vehicles & who shouldn't. You can't view a client's complete file. As in multiple projects from before conveniently and I hate how it only opens on the side. I also don't like how you can't have multiple proposals/contracts on one project especially when it has multiple phases I have to create multiple projects which confuses the guys out in the field for clocking in. We also have several issues with the app it constantly times out or takes forever to load. Which is not very convenient for guys in the field. Also I don't like how you can't archive proposals/estimates so you can keep them for a later time. I also don't care for the invoice formatting but is still a million times better than what we were using & hopefully that will change over the course time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
