First of all, the Projul team is great, very responsive and easy to work with.  It helps a ton that they have a construction background.  Projul helps me run a renovation or new build project from start to finish.  With the sub-contractor scheduling and budget tracking, I never miss anything.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

Projul gives great trainings & customer support. It has helped creating proposals/estimates, contracts & Invoices a breeze. Also, having JustiFi as our payment processing, we have seen in just a few weeks save my company thousands of dollars. I also love the GPS tracking for guys in the field. It has made billing hours to jobs so easy & checking clocking in and out times. I also currently am tracking drivetime so that can assist with additional savings in fuel cost & who should be allowed to drive company vehicles & who shouldn't.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

You can't view a client's complete file. As in multiple projects from before conviently and I hate how it only opens on the side. I also don't like how you can't have multiple propsals/contracts on one project especially when it has multiple phases I have to create multiple projects which confuses the guys out in the field for clocking in. We also have several issues with the app it constantly times out or takes forever to load. Which is not very convient for guys in the field. Also I don't like how you can't archive proposals/estimates so you can keep them for a later time. I also don't care for the invoice formatting but is still a million times better then what we were using & hopefully that will change over the course time.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

We initially chose Projul for our ability to manage two sister companies in one solution. While our businesses were completely separate, the installation projects often needed to be coordinated and managed as one. Using Projul, we are able to invoice separately but maintain one central CRM. 

For background on us, We are a cabinet, countertop, tile and flooring showroom in Coastal Carolina with a small team. The sales team within our company was not tech savvy prior to using Projul having been in the industry for 20 plus years using pen and paper but understood the owner’s need of maintaining digital records and tracking revenue as a business. The great news  with this platform is the users within our business immediately saw its immense value. Having successfully transitioned others into new platforms in prior roles, I knew this was the most critical step toward employee adoption and was thrilled Projul could do this for the team. 

The great news about Projul is the Customer Support team is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. They are responsive, they are helpful and over the last few years we’ve also found them to always be straightforward. If they can do it, they do it. If they can’t, they simply tell you they can’t. We would highly recommend other businesses that seek to drive sales with a close watch on revenue and a high priority on employee and customer satisfaction consider this platform.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

For starters, there's not too much to dislike. New features are launched frequently and while there are new features we would love to see the current solution more than meets our needs. We hope to see more customized reporting down the road but are very pleased.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the rapid growth in a small business...you need to build processes and systemize. We chose Projul because it has the ability to give our individual team members a great tool to become more efficient and productive in their day while also giving Management visibility into what's going on. The lead management, project management, and invoicing features have been a lifesaver.

The creators of this platform are willing to listen to its consumers to find ways to improve the overall experience for everyone. They also pride themselves in fast response times when problems arise and take time to navigate the issues with you.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

From what I have experienced, the only issues are small things, but Projul is always willing to look at and approve of their deficiencies. It might not happen instantly, as some things take time to correct.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projul is benefiting us in many ways. Their system helps us keep track of everything in one place. The most significant impact for us is the addendum process they have. It is so easy to create addendums in the field when clients want something changed or added, and they can sign it right there or get emailed a link to sign virtually later.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

It is straightforward to use and accessible while I'm in the office or in the field with my team.  The Projul solution assists me while I am meeting with customers on-site to upload their pertinent project information real time so that I don't have to do it when I get back to the office.  I'm also able to email proposals and invoices to customers that are professionally presented and the customer is able to review and approve or comment immediately.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

I have not found anything that I truly don't like yet.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projul has given me the ability to quickly turn proposals around for customers due to their ability to create project templates for projects that are similar in nature.  Projul expedites my turn around time and makes my company look more professional by getting proposals out quickly for potential customers.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

Projul has been a game changer for my team and company. The integration at start up was very supportive as well as my follow up calls.  I have tried other CRM and project management programs but found them overwhelming and the support was days out which puts a hold on us moving forward. I have been using the for 2 years now and as they grow, they continue to add features and their support doesn't waver. I have recommended to other General Contractors and Subs! Projul is intuitive, easy to navigate, and while I've only been using it briefly, it's definitely increased the quality of our estimates in appearance and the amount of time it takes to put them together.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

So far, I haven't run into any parts of Projul that I don't like. I've only been using the software for a couple of weeks, so as with any software, I expect things will come up, but nothing so far.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projul's template system has severely reduced repetitive writing and referencing of paperwork for us. Our estimates also look much more professional and easy to read.

I like that they have thought of everything. Not just the features themselves which are fantastic but how different people will use these features differently.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

That it took this long to come to market! I've now wasted thousands of dollars and years off of my life on big-name software looking for everything Projul does.

**Recommendations to others considering Projul:**

Just do it! I've used almost all of the big-name providers and they all fail in so many different ways. They are especially too robust and clunky for most users/companies. They become one more thing to manage rather than being an intuitive system that manages your projects. Isn't that what we're all looking for, intuitive software to make us more efficient and profitable? I literally envisioned Projul in my head as I set out to find PM software over a decade ago and especially after I tried other expensive software that was a lot of hype with a big letdown. Plain and simple, Projul has built what's been in my head as I set out on the PM software journey at least a decade ago. If you're a visionary or an everyday user or both then you're just like me and Projul is what you want and need. Their support, one-on-one training and availability are second to none; actually, they are at the top looking down! The genius of Projul is its ability to do super complex tasks and make them seem very simple to the user. We don't have time to be IT geniuses, we have construction projects to manage and companies to run. Get super-efficient, get more profitable, get your time back, get Projul!

Many but my top 3 are: Estimates convert to Project Tasks, they also become Budgets which can be Job Costed in real-time. All from the push of a single button!

Knowledge base // It's a newish product so there aren't years worth of written manuals and a massive support community. Company addresses this by offering great support.

The most helpful thing about projul is not only the seamless way they have the software structured to make it easy to navigate and learn , but also the customer support behind it. Chad Hohn helped us out a lot over zoom meetings to help guide us through the process

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

The budget part of the software isn't exactly what we were looking for. I would like to see away where the budget can lump sum and each item bought takes away from one number and also have where I can split profit out of it by percentages, but it still works great and breaks down the budget in good detail by each line item so it's very easy to keep track of each thing bought

Projuls estimating software has helped out out a lot with created a nice visually pleasing estimate for our customers. It breaks it down into sections and helps the customer further understand what's going to take place for the job and what it's going to cost to get the job done

**What do you like best about Projul?**

I have been looking at software for our construction business for a few years, I have done over 18 demos, ran sage 100 contractor for a few years, and went back to excel for a while.  Hands down, Projul has been a great solution for us.  The amount of time it saves on bidding, customer comunicaiton, task management and invoicing is amazing.  It is also easy to use for both tech savy folks and those less so.  Their customer serivce has been johnny on the spot as well! Zach gets back to us within a few hours.  They welcom feedback and improvement suggestions and have been great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

The one area of the software that has room to improve is reporting.  For getting out bids, communicating to customers, scheduling staff, and invoicing, they have it down. For mid to large construction business that track metrics on productivity, backlog, WIP and other KPI's; their back end is light.  Don't let that scare you, though, they are constantly making improvements, rolling out new reports and actively ask for feedback on how to make the software better and then do something about it.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far the biggest win has been the clarity into our sales to production process.  Being able to take the client facing details and communicate that to the feild crew has been amazing.  We have also gained a lot of insight into our lead flow, close-ratio and scheduling.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

We've been looking for software for a long time that will work for our company. Projul is designed for the construction industry and gives us the solutions we're looking for. It allows us to have multiple managers work seamlessly to keep the workflow organized and efficient. We love the quotes & invoices portion, the scheduling aspect, the lead pipeline, and photo markup abiliies. BUT the absolute best part of the entire software is the support team behind it. If you have any questions or troubles at all, they can log in to your active viewing session and show you where to click and what to do. It's hands down some of the best customer service I've seen in the industry. We've had to request some custom features for our company, and they've been able to give us the solutions that we're looking for quickly. Highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking.

The scheduling aspect can be challenging for us with a company that schedules up to 20 employees daily. It works well but is formatted differently than what we're used to. We had to use enough to get used to, but it still gets the job done.

Projul helps us solve having to create systems internally using spreadsheets and google products. It gives us an organized approach to put all of our job information in one place and easily share it with other team members. With Projul we have become more efficient and will save hours every day from simple clerical and administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about Projul?**

Most complete, intuitive, and user-friendly system I've ever used.  I've used a hand full of contractor software in my years, and I can say, without doubt, my employees and customers love the simplicity and details this system has.  From detailed and precise estimates for the customers, easy time management and scheduling for my employees, and a robust CRM, I have yet to find an area within Projul I do not like or utilize daily.

The only thing at this point I wish Projul had was a more fluid chat function for employees and job sites.

**Recommendations to others considering Projul:**

If you are looking for a full-service CRM and project management software for your construction/contracting business, Projul will not disappoint you.  Projul is the most intuitive and user-friendly system on the market.  With new features added regularly, it continues to make the everyday tasks of my company more effortless and more streamlined.  If you are looking for a new system to help boost productivity, I highly recommend making the switch.  And, if you are just getting into the business, I highly encourage you to start with Projul so you start with the best system that you can.

The one thing I told myself when starting my company was that I wanted to be as paperless as possible.  Projul has done that.  From the first contact through the final invoice, Projul has made the entire process for me %100 paperless.

The estimating in Projul is second to none. It makes it super easy to estimate projects of any size and provides ways to save any line item to a template for future use. Making estimating similar projects a breeze.

I wouldnt really consider anything a dislike, but more of a learning curve.  After working with Chad from Projul and him showing me a few tricks, I could see and follow how the program was set up to run most efficiently.

Projul has allowed us to have one place for all of our client's project information at our fingertips, this has helped us to manage projects more effectively by keeping everyone informed of project status.

The amazing support. The ease of use. The efficiency. This platform has significantly optimized our operations and streamlined all of our processes. This is a very powerful tool with a tremendous amount of even more potential. We are always finding news ways to integrate Projul's features into our operations. I don't dislike anything about the platform itself. I dislike my inability to teach my guys how to use it properly. Not everyone in your organization will appreciate the power of Projul as much as you do.

We have been able to optimize our entire operation. From the front-end all the way to the back-end. Projul and it's features has allowed us to integrate features into our opertaions that would've otherwise taken a full-time employee. It paid for itself in the first week!

**What do you like best about Projul?**

Projul has been a tremendous help to our growing construction company.  It has made our estimating so much easier to complete, as well as scheduling, timekeeping and scheduling for our employees, QuickBooks integration, project timelines and completion schedules, and so much more.  On top of that, Projul has gone above and beyond to answer any questions or address any technical difficulties.  Being in the trade themselves has made such a difference with the ease and transition for our business.  We would recommend it!!!

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

Quickbooks integrations have been the only issue we have had, and they are working on the syncing issues and sales tax issues from what we have been told from Projul.  Every issue that has arisen has been addressed and fixed other than the sales tax integration.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our estimating process much more streamlined and efficient; it has also helped us keep track of our jobs profitability and progress.  Projul also allows us to maintain and stay on budget or make adjustments to our margins/markups to correct budgeting on jobs.  Employee tracking and scheduling have brought attention to areas that needed greater efficiency.  It has also made time tracking for payroll more accurate.

The customer service has been incredible.  Refreshing to say the least.  They have such a willingness and desire to see you succeed.  I feel like I have someone genuinely interested in helping my company to become the best it can be.

I honestly haven't found anything to dislike at this point.  The only thing would be my regret of not finding them sooner.

I have been in this business for years and used several construction management products.  Never really been happy until Projul.

**What problems is Projul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling everything together at a very reasonable cost.  They have a unique pricing structure that allows you to utilize ALL features of the product.  They bill based on how many licenses you need, not how many features you want to use.  Why are they the only ones doing this?  It really helps a small business get off the ground.  As your business grows, your number of licenses can grow.  So basically, they make more money when you start making more money.  Win - Win!!

The integration of sales + project management. The sales pipeline is intuitive, easy to use, and completely revolutionized our company's ability to respond to prospective clients. You can pick up the basics of this essential feature very quickly. From day one it allowed us to much more effectively manage new inquiries, track the status of proposals, and sign on new clients. Once a client signs a proposal, the scope of work ports into a powerful project management interface, streamlining the planning and execution of a scope of work.

**What do you dislike about Projul?**

Because the Projul suite includes so many features, it can take a while to learn everything. Luckily their support team is exceptionally responsive and available. They have provided us ample trainings and Q&A sessions over the last year and continue to meet regularly with some of our staff to improve our mastery. It has been well worth the effort!

**Recommendations to others considering Projul:**

If you're a growing construction company, you need to check out this product.  There are tons of CRMs out there, but Projul provides incredible support for new users and tailors to construction companies.

As our business scaled up, keeping track of communication with clients and essential project information became very difficult to manage.  With Projul we've been able to stay focused and directed on more projects and refine our processes.

ProJul is very intuitive with robust capabilities.  Based on my extensive research and 30+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and high C-Level performer, this dynamic is very difficult to achieve.  Best of all is Projul's world-class customer service.  Listening to customer feedback is critical to any successful organization, but executing on the feedback to ensure process improvement and long-term sustainability is the lifeblood of all successful companies.  In my opinion, no one does it better than the leadership team and organization as a whole than the professionals at ProJul.

I have found no dislikes with my experience using ProJul.  The few items brought to their attention have been addressed or added in a very timely manner.

For being relatively new, they've built an incredible platform to run just about every aspect of a construction business. Based on recent conversations with them, I'm excited to see how much more powerful this software will be a year from now. My favorite feature is being able to build templates for each type of fence we build. These templates can easily be applied to an estimate, and the quantities modified to suit any job.

I've shared every minor issue with Projul support, and they've been great about getting feedback to the development team. You can tell that they genuinely want to build their software based on customer input. That being said, I can't think of anything that I dislike about it!

There are so many things.  It's simple to use.  When we have a question they are quick to respond.  They also are very good at listening and putting into action our suggestions to better the software.

Invoicing needs some work but they are working on it.  They have training videos available but I feel they need more.
