What do you like best about Progress Sitefinity?

I like being able to create custom conversion tracking and get updates when I want them. I also like being able to see the journey timeline of those contacts that convert. I also like that I can track my personas, and personalized content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Sitefinity?

Unless I'm missing something, it's difficult to integrate with a CRM to be able to capture the data that the DEC creates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Progress Sitefinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a great asset to be able to see how our customers integrate with our website; what paths they take to once they complete a conversion. I like how we can see how personalized content is viewed and segmented, as well as personas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
