What do you like best about PrognoCIS?

We use PrognoCIS for our urgent care practice and we are very pleased with how rapidly we were able to assimilate the product into our practice. The program is comprehensive, and the workers' compensation piece is superior to multiple others we considered. Incorporating our old legacy programs was straightforward, allowing us to take advantage of PrognoCIS as our billing platform. We received excellent support and hand-holding to get our team up to speed very rapidly. The setup program was seamless and went very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PrognoCIS?

Any minor issues we have encountered with PrognoCIS functionality have been quickly rectified. As we are RCM clients, the only issue we have had is that there is not an integrated Collection Agency for unpaid claims. They are able to integrate with 3rd parties, but do not provide this service in house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PrognoCIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found PrognoCIS integrated quickly into our urgent care practice. We rapidly were able to verify eligibility and begin prompt billing of charts from day one of implementation. PrognoCIS is cloud based program. In our experience, our downtime over several years time has been zero. We are open 7 days a week and this is critical to our operations.
