What do you like best about ProfitWell Metrics by Paddle?

At Me And My Golf, meandmygolf.com, we use ProfitWell alongside Recurly in our highly customized WordPress/WooCommerce environment. It’s become essential for tackling failed payments and retention, integrating easily and making our subscription management more efficient. Since ProfitWell was acquired by Paddle, we’ve also gained access to extremely helpful webinars packed with suggestions and insights. What do you dislike about ProfitWell Metrics by Paddle?

One thing that stands out is the limited notification system on mobile, payment problem alerts don’t always come through. It would be much better if notification reliability was consistent across all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
