I love how Profit Pulse Bookings solved the overbooking problem instantly. The feature that automatically staggers covers and handles capacity ensures the kitchen is calmer, the food is better, and customers are happier. The online booking widget is amazing since it handles 60% of our bookings, freeing me up to run the business instead of answering the phone. I like that the system is clearly made by someone in the industry, solving every problem. The pre-order function is a lifesaver, sending menus to customers with a link for them to complete their choices, and creating a kitchen version with clear allergen information. The pricing structure is another aspect I appreciate because we switched from Collins, where we paid per cover, to this more affordable option that works better and is easier to use. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, taking about 10 minutes, which was a great relief. Overall, these features make it an integral part of effectively managing restaurant bookings. The drag and drop feature takes a little getting used to when moving tables. There's a small highlighted square that shows which table you're dropping the booking onto, but it's positioned just below the booking card, so sometimes it can be placed on the wrong table.
