What do you like best about Profit Labs?

It’s not bloated, doesn’t need hours of training, and feels like it’s built by people who’ve actually worked in hotels. Daily ops like check-ins, POS billing, OTA syncing — all smooth. The mobile interface is also a big plus for our on-the-go staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profit Labs?

Would love a few more integrations (especially with some newer Indian OTAs), but support mentioned they’re working on it. The pace of updates is impressive though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Profit Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old system was clunky and required constant follow-up with the support team. PL reduced our dependence on Excel, made staff more efficient, and helped us fix double-booking issues with OTAs.
