What do you like best about ProffittCenter?

Its an open source software so very cost effective for our small business. Its POS scan is invaluable for tracking inventory as it moves in and out of our warehouse, ensuring we maintain close monitoring.

What do you dislike about ProffittCenter?

We have certain limitations with this product like, since it is open source we have very limited Customer support setup. Being open source its setup is complex and also maintenance heavy, too much wait period for feature enhancement, user experience is not so good. Sometimes there are performance issues. What problems is ProffittCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProffittCenter has solved a lot of problem in our retail business, but we have benefitted with its automatic ordering system - helping us with inventory management as well, thsi ensure we have sufficient stock every time also tracking becomes very easy. Because of that it becomes even more easier to manage customer sales and better forecasting for our peak orders and re-ordering the stock on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
