"Easy Setup, No-Code Product Tours Plus Checklists, Feedback, and Changelogs"

What do you like best about Produktly?

Super easy to set up. I got our first product tour live in under an hour, no coding needed. What I didn't expect was how much you get beyond tours, we now also use checklists for onboarding, a feedback widget for feature requests, and the changelog to announce updates. Other tools we look at charge more for just one of these features, so very happy with the price<>value too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Produktly?

Nothing major really, any little issues we had were very quickly addressed by support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Produktly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a grocery price comparison platform for consumers, so clear onboarding is a key to get users to understand the product and get them to stick around. Tours and checklists has helped with this a lot, and feedback from users has been very encouraging, many users really like a bit hand holding at the start.

Feedback widgets help us better understand our users. They are a very low barrier for users to submit feedback, they just click on the widget, select an emoji and then send us a message, no need for emails or anything, it just works. This also helps collect feature requests, as users might be in mid use and a thought pops into their mind, and then they can just let us know about it instantly.
