I find ProductLift incredibly easy to use, which is fantastic. The customer support is exceptional, with Ruben, the owner, personally helping us brand the product to our needs and even assisting with adding custom CSS. ProductLift is very flexible and dynamic, allowing us to switch off and use only the features we want. The support I get is top tier, receiving detailed answers directly from the owner, which is a nice touch. Setting it up was straightforward and it actually surpassed my initial expectations. I've experienced some challenges with translation since our user base is non-English. The UI could also be improved for a more appealing design out of the box, as it feels feature-first rather than design-focused at times.
