What do you like best about Productlane?

Great integrations to Slack and Linear.app

User-friendly UI

Keyboard commands mirroring linear.app commands. cmd + K is really handy!

What do you dislike about Productlane?

It's important to note that AI feedback tools are on the rise. I believe that scaling companies cannot handle the incoming feedback amounts manually in the future. This means the manual handling tools will be obsolete at some point. There is currently limited information about Productlane's AI features, so only time will tell if it can deliver. What problems is Productlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Single source of truth for customer feedback. When we started using Productlane, it started to eliminate the conversations starting "who was requesting this feature?" or "I feel like it's really asked feature". Having the accurate data of what & which users want (and how many of them want it) are real benefits when using Productlane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
