I like that ProcureAI automatically matches freelancers to my project requirements and surfaces pre-vetted creatives with relevant experience, rates, and availability. It saves my team time and takes tedious filtering off our plate. I also value having quotes, contract terms, vendor history, performance tracking, and milestone reminders in one place. The early alerts help me keep track of deadlines, and connecting ProcureAI to our design workflow lets us review vendor terms alongside creative briefs without manually copying data between tools. Setup was fairly intuitive: I imported our vendor list with the CSV importer, finished the core setup within a day, and started screening candidates right away. I find ProcureAI’s portfolio previews limited: they only load low-resolution thumbnails and can’t show full design layouts natively, so I have to open external portfolio links and switch between browser tabs to assess work. I’d like high-resolution previews, tags for brand-relevant work, and the ability to leave notes on samples in ProcureAI. Refining the custom scoring criteria also took extra trial and error.
