What do you dislike about Process Manager?

Though my Process Manager is an excellent person however, there are certain things that I have disliked, one of them being that he is bold and says the actual insights then and there and doesn't hesitate to share my personal feedback which is somehow good for me only since it doesn't provide me a sugarcoated review.
