What do you dislike about PRMAI?

One area where PRM360 can improve further is in enhancing the UI and advanced reporting/customization capabilities for certain workflows. While the platform already offers strong functionality and automation, a more modern interface and deeper analytics options would make the overall experience even better. That said, the support team is highly responsive and continuously works on feedback-driven improvements, which is something I truly appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PRMAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

PRM360 is solving many of the common procurement challenges such as manual follow-ups, scattered vendor data, delayed approvals, and lack of visibility across the procurement lifecycle. By digitizing and automating processes like PR, RFQ, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and vendor management, it has helped us improve efficiency, transparency, and control over procurement activities.

One of the biggest benefits for us has been having all procurement activities on a single platform. It reduced dependency on spreadsheets and emails, improved collaboration with vendors, and accelerated the overall sourcing cycle. The dashboards and tracking features provide better visibility into spend and supplier performance, helping us make faster and more informed decisions.

We also benefited from workflow automation and ERP integration, which minimized manual errors and improved process compliance. The platform’s user-friendly interface made adoption easier for teams and vendors alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
