What do you like best about Privaro.ai?

I tested Privaro mainly to understand how it handles sensitive information when using generative AI at Musicdibs. What I found most useful was the ability to detect sensitive data before it reaches the AI model and then apply protection automatically. It tackles a real concern for companies that want employees to use AI without having to rely entirely on individuals to recognize what information should or shouldn’t be shared. What do you dislike about Privaro.ai?

What problems is Privaro.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Privaro addresses a gap that’s becoming urgent for any company running AI in production: being able to prove what personal data has actually been sent to external AI models. Many teams build LLM integrations that work well from a technical standpoint, but few design for interception—verifying what’s in a prompt before it leaves the company’s perimeter, and keeping an auditable record of what the model has processed. That gap turns into a real liability the moment a regulator, auditor, or data protection officer asks for evidence, especially under GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Privaro acts as a control layer between an application and an LLM (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). It detects and reversibly tokenizes personal data before it reaches the model, then transparently restores it in the response. The application continues to work exactly as before, but without exposing raw personal data to a third-party provider.

We use it ourselves. MusicDibs, our blockchain-based music rights registration platform, runs an AI-powered support chatbot that handles personal data—names, emails, and identity details used to verify authorship. Privaro protects that information before it reaches the model and provides an auditable log of every interaction, so we can offer AI-powered support without compromising the same standard of trust we built our platform on.
