What do you like best about Prismatic?

What I’ve liked about Prismatic is that it gives us a clearer view of the integrations themselves. I’m not someone who wants to spend all day inside technical setups, so being able to understand what is connected and where an issue sits is helpful. There have been moments where we’ve had to revisit a particular workflow and make the requirements more specific, especially when the way we wanted information handled wasn’t quite obvious at first. What do you dislike about Prismatic?

It’s still an ongoing project for us rather than something that was simply switched on and finished. That suits where we are as a growing brand because our systems and requirements change as the business develops. So far, Prismatic has given us a more practical way to handle those application connections without making every change feel like a completely new project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

As Boardies has grown, keeping the different parts of our operation connected has become more important. We have customers, orders, product information and other processes moving through different applications, so having a way to manage those connections without constantly creating something from scratch has been useful.
