What I’ve liked most is the flexibility. Our requirements aren't completely fixed, so being able to make changes as the business develops has been important. For a subscription business, the behind-the-scenes systems need to keep moving even when we're focused on the coffee itself, customers, and the next batch of work. Prismatic has helped us keep that integration layer more manageable while the project continues to evolve. It’s still an ongoing engagement, but it has given us a better foundation to build from.
