From my side, I wasn’t involved in every technical detail. I mainly needed to understand what was happening and step in when a business decision was required. There were a few points where we went back and forth over how certain information should be handled, which added some time to the process. That was probably the least straightforward part. What I’ve found useful is having a clearer process behind the integrations rather than relying on individual fixes whenever something changes. The project is still ongoing, so we’re continuing to refine things as the business develops.
