What do you like best about Prismatic?

What I like most about Prismatic is that it gives us a straightforward way to manage the connection with QuickBooks without adding another complicated process to our workflow. The interface is easy to follow, and I appreciate being able to see what is happening with the integration when I need to check on something. What do you dislike about Prismatic?

The main thing I’d like to improve is the troubleshooting experience. When an integration doesn’t behave as expected, it can take some time to understand exactly where the issue started. More detailed error explanations and clearer guidance on what to check next would make it easier to resolve those situations without spending as much time investigating. What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic helps us reduce the manual work involved in keeping our QuickBooks data connected with the other systems we use. Instead of repeatedly moving or checking information ourselves, we can automate parts of that workflow and monitor the integration when needed.
