What do you like best about Prismatic?

I like the fact that Prismatic lets us build automation around the process rather than forcing the business to change its workflow to fit a basic connector. Financial workflows can have dependencies and different conditions, so having room to structure those processes properly is useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

There is some upfront work involved in designing the workflows correctly. One process we initially thought would be straightforward required a little more thought once we mapped out all of the conditions and handoffs. That wasn't a major issue, but it reinforced the importance of defining the workflow before building it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic helps address the amount of coordination that sits between different systems in our financial-services workflows. When information moves through several stages, manually keeping everything synchronized creates unnecessary work and makes it harder to maintain a consistent process. Having a dedicated orchestration layer allows us to automate those recurring handoffs and keep the workflow moving with less intervention.

The benefit is mainly operational. Our team can spend less time on repetitive system-to-system tasks and more time on analysis, relationships, and the financial work that requires actual judgment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
