What do you like best about Prismatic?

I like that Prismatic allows us to design around the actual workflow instead of forcing everything into a predefined process. That's important when you're working across accelerator programs, ecosystem partners, and investment activities because the steps aren't always identical. We can automate the repeatable parts while keeping room for the judgment calls that still need people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

The biggest adjustment is learning to think about the workflow before thinking about the automation. We had to step back on one part of the process and clarify what should happen at each stage instead of trying to automate the original process exactly as it existed. What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic gives us a way to automate some of those connections and keep recurring workflows moving without constant intervention. That's useful for us because our programs and investment activities involve a lot of repeatable operational work, while the team needs to stay focused on founders, partners, and investment decisions rather than administrative coordination.
