"Clean, adaptable UI with a great integration builder"
4/5
What do you like best about Prismatic?

It's a great looking platform and as a software engineer I really appreciate how clean and organized the UI feels. It's generally simple to get around between integrations, workflows, components, and configurations without feeling overly overwhelming or complex. Specifically, the integration builder is wonderful. It provides a clear vision of how components are connected with one another. Performance has also been consistent in our use case. Our integrations typically execute without issue, and it's been great to have visibility into the workflow or when debugging. Additionally, I enjoy how adaptable the platform is and the fact it provides the flexibility for developers to combine predefined components with custom code. What do you dislike about Prismatic?

The key areas I feel would benefit from enhancements are pricing and support. When you start to have numerous integrations, and your usage grows, it is fairly pricey; this is harder to swallow as a smaller engineering group or when working on something with many integrations. The support provided has been good. I felt like the response times and some documentation could be better when working on more complicated integrations, and new users can be overwhelmed with what to do.
