"Centralized visibility and strong control of shadow IT with Prisma SaaS Security"

5/5

What do you like best about Prisma Saas Security?

What I like most about Prisma SaaS Security is the centralized visibility it offers over authorized SaaS applications and shadow IT. It allows me to identify risky applications, detect potential information exposures, and apply policies to prevent data loss. I also value that it combines online and API-based protection, which makes it easier to monitor both user activity and files stored in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prisma Saas Security?

What I like least is that the initial setup and policy adjustment can be complex, especially for those who are not familiar with the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem. Additionally, the licensing can be costly for small organizations. I believe that a more intuitive setup assistant, more practical and clear documentation, and a more flexible pricing structure would help make adoption easier. What problems is Prisma Saas Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had very little visibility into which SaaS applications were being used and what information was being shared in them. Prisma SaaS Security allows us to discover shadow IT, identify risky applications, and detect exposed sensitive data, threats, and insecure configurations. By bringing everything together in one place, it centralizes control, reduces the manual work of monitoring, and helps us respond more quickly to potential information leaks or suspicious activities.
