"Seamless Security for Remote Workforce"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Prisma Access?

I use Prisma Access mainly to secure remote connectivity, which allows employees to connect safely from anywhere while following our internal security policies. It enforces centralized security policies across all locations and has helped replace our legacy VPN solution, improving visibility and strengthening threat protection for remote workers. I like that it gives a consistent, enterprise-grade security posture to all users, regardless of whether they are on-site or remote. The cloud-delivered scalability is a standout feature, as we don't have to worry about VPN appliance capacity, bandwidth limits, or hardware refresh cycles—it scales itself as usage grows. Strong threat prevention with built-in threat intelligence, URL filtering, and advanced security services provides a much stronger security stance than traditional VPN solutions. I appreciate that offloading remote access to the cloud reduces infrastructure overhead, meaning less hardware to maintain, patch, and monitor. Overall, Prisma Access scales automatically as our needs grow, provides strong threat prevention for all users regardless of location, and significantly reduces the infrastructure we need to maintain, resulting in better performance, stronger security, and lower operational overhead. What do you dislike about Prisma Access?

Prisma Access works well overall but the setup is complex, troubleshooting can be time-consuming, reporting could be more intuitive, and updates/licensing sometimes require more coordination than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
