What do you like best about Print Conductor?

It's simple, drag n drop your files and print. It works well with bulk files, don't need to wait and put every files to print manually. Just queue a week's worth of documents be it (statements, screenshots, emails) it handles it all. It can print almost any format as long as it can be printed on paper, that is. It even works well if you got multiple printers, fairly easy to switch from one to another. No longer have to convert these files to a "printable" format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Print Conductor?

Although the UI is pretty simple and bland, sometimes it can get buggy. Not to mention it looks outdated. For a $149 software, sometimes it messes up the layout of the document, which requires some tweaking to get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Print Conductor:

If you don't have to print hundreds of files regularly then you can do without it, but if you do print a lot, you can try it. There's a trial version for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Print Conductor solving and how is that benefiting you?

While trying to print your files, you shouldn't be thinking if they can be printed or return an error. Before using this, many files required to be manually opened and be queued one by one from their respective software. That's not a big issue if you print like 5 docs a day but for someone who got tens and hundreds all the different kinds of file formats (all mixed up), It can get overwhelming.
