What do you like best about Primo RPA?

Primo RPA provides excellent automation support for applications running on Linux, which was a critical requirement for our environment. The built-in migration tool made it very easy to move our existing automations from another platform without disruption. I also appreciate the ability to embed custom code directly into robot workflows, which gives our team the flexibility to handle complex scenarios. Combined with strong vendor support during onboarding and rollout, the platform delivered fast time-to-value. What do you dislike about Primo RPA?

While the documentation covers the basics well, it would be helpful to see more real-world examples and best practices. The user interface is still less polished compared to some global leaders, although it has been improving steadily with each release. What problems is Primo RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Primo RPA to automatically extract and validate data from incoming invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents (PDFs and scanned copies) and post the information directly into our ERP/finance system without manual entry.
