What do you like best about PrimeRx?

The system itself is very robust with many configurable features. However, when there is a new business need that can't be solved within the system, the Micro Merchants team are available and willing to discuss the best possible way of solving for the need. What do you dislike about PrimeRx?

There's nothing I dislike. I would like to be able to create my own reports when I need something custom and specific to a particular scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PrimeRx solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an independent pharmacy chain and we want to ensure our operation and customer experience are the same within any of our pharmacies. PrimeRx offered a customized workflow, which allowed us to design what works best for us and make that consistent for all our pharmacies.
