What do you like best about Prime Document Sign?

I love how incredibly straightforward the signing process is for clients; they don't need to download an app or create a complicated account. Enforcing required fields and guiding clients step by step through documents has dramatically streamlined our operation, ensuring 100% accurate, fully executed documents on the first try. This protects our bank's professional reputation, eliminates tedious review work for my staff, and respects our clients' time by preventing frustrating administrative redos. The setup was completely seamless; we were able to import our existing bank forms, set up our team permissions, and train our staff in a single afternoon without any complex integration or heavy onboarding lift from our IT department. What do you dislike about Prime Document Sign?

The only minor drawback is the cap of 10 recipients per document send on the standard and premium plans. While this is plenty for standard retail banking or small business accounts, it can sometimes restrict us handling complex corporate lending accounts that require numerous internal legal parties to sign off on a single contract.
