I find PriceShape incredibly valuable for making sure we're priced competitively in the online market. I really like the user-friendly UI, and the good reporting and product categorization options. The product categorization feature allows me to group similar products together and adopt different pricing strategies based on product type. The automated reports are a huge plus because they save us from having to check manually every day. Also, the team was great during the setup process, which, despite being quite long due to our specific product quirks, was not a PriceShape issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to set a delivery charge per product per competitor. I would also like to be able to use decimal places in order multiples. For example, if we want to relate a 4.8m timber on our website to a competitor's 3.6m timber, I can't make our timber 1.2 times bigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
