What do you like best about PRGX?

The most impressive aspect of our relationship with PRGx is how they have evolved from being a traditional "back-office" recovery auditor into a true strategic partner. While their core profit recovery capabilities (Merchandise and AP audits) are best-in-class, what sets them apart is their proactive approach to our business challenges.

They have been instrumental in helping us shift our model from reactive, retrospective recovery to proactive prevention. Their "Preventive Audit" programme has been a game-changer for our internal margin management, catching promotional set-up errors before they go live. Additionally, their Contract Compliance team has provided forensic-level insight into our complex high-spend contracts that we simply wouldn't have the capacity or specific technical expertise to uncover internally.

Beyond the financials, the team is professional, deeply knowledgeable about the retail ecosystem, and – crucially – collaborative. PRGx have actively supported our journey to build internal capabilities, demonstrating a commitment to our long-term business goals rather than just their own service scope. What problems is PRGX solving and how is that benefiting you?

PRGX is solving the challenge of managing profit leakage in a highly complex and dynamic trading environment. Their work has directly contributed to:

Improved Cash Flow and Margin: By identifying leakage earlier in the process (or preventing it entirely), we have reduced retrospective recoveries and the associated supplier friction, which has significantly improved our "right-first-time" commercial compliance.

Contract Assurance: Their forensic approach to contract compliance has not only recovered substantial value but has also acted as a form of business assurance, allowing us to de-risk future contract deliveries.
