What do you dislike about PrettyDamnQuick?

At this time there is nothing I dislike. When the onboarding took place and as I was getting more comfortable with their dashboard, I realized there were certain things that pertain to my type of business that could be beneficial. I reached out to the PDQ to see if it's possible and in less than 24 hrs it was done. An incredible collaboration for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PrettyDamnQuick solving and how is that benefiting you?

What would take me and my team 3-4 hours a day to do is now 15 minutes. The time savings that I attribute to them helping me is: Organizing my pick list for easy ordering and picking, routing packages automatically with the quickest time and the least expensive option, packing list that's clean and easy to read which leads to less errors, ability to fulfill orders using a scanner, adding a dry ice label to print out with an airway bill, Klavio integration to have my customers receive customized shipping updates as well as highlighting orders that are being delayed or delivered late.
