I have to say the thing that stands out most to me is how reliable the platform is. In my line of work, I'm used to dealing with systems where uptime and consistency are non-negotiable, and I bring that same mindset to how I think about our company's web presence. Prestige has been solid from day one. We haven't had any issues with sites going down or performance taking a hit when we need them the most. The user interface is pretty clean and intuitive too. I'm not a web developer by any stretch, but I can log in, check on things, make updates, and feel confident that I'm not going to break anything. The dashboard gives you the information you need without overwhelming you with technical details. That matters to me because I want to be able to handle things quickly and get back to my actual job on the production floor. The support team has also been responsive the few times I've reached out, which gives me confidence that if something did go wrong, we would get help fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really hasn't been anything that stands out as an issue. The platform has been straightforward to work with. Once you spend a little time with it, everything is clear and functions as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
