What do you like best about Presslabs Managed WordPress Hosting?

Absolutely amazing service! We've been with many different hosts since starting our business in 2008. Most have been good, but nothing has matched the level of service we've gotten with Presslabs. We host over 400 WordPress websites with them currently. Each site loads fast and we've had no downtime. When an issue arises they are there to take care of things. What do you dislike about Presslabs Managed WordPress Hosting?

We've been with Presslabs for about a year now. I waited before leaving any reviews to make sure the service we started with is what our ongoing relationship would be like. Any isssue we've had with the service has been quickly addressed and fix. As of this posting, I do not have anything I dislike about their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Presslabs Managed WordPress Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company is too big for regular hosting, but not big enough to get the attention of the larger hosting companies. We found ourselves outgrowing the standard options, but not large enough to afford the high-end hosting offerings.
