Our startup wanted to focus on new approaches how to communicate to the broader audience and we weren’t sure if approaching the standard PR is the right step at that stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PressFriendly?

I like the particular level of automation that PressFriendly offers. Also, the idea of getting rid of the “standard” PR agencies is unique. Customizing the PR plan and having a designated person to discuss the execution is great, same as helping hand on content creation and publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PressFriendly?

The only thing is pricing. I don’t consider this solution cheap, even though I understand the amount of effort they have to put in. It’s also nice that we don’t have to take care of all PR tool set-ups on our own; however, outsourcing could be a bit cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PressFriendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried to find a way how to increase our presence online. However, we couldn't do so independently, the same as the lack of expertise in PR. If the pricing policy is different (cheaper/more flexible), I would be more than happy to use PF in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
