**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Using Pressable with WordPress truly feels like the right choice. The experience is comparable to using an iPhone with a Mac, everything works together smoothly and seamlessly. So far, our experience has been excellent. Setting up sites within the ecosystem is straightforward; with just a few clicks, you can have a robust and secure site up and running in minutes. Both customer support and affiliate support have been great so far. Our entire team uses Pressable more than 30 times a day, and I haven't heard a single complaint. The platform is packed with features and customization options that save us a lot of time. Overall, the experience has been very positive, and configuration is simple and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I think the user interface could use some improvement. It feels too packed, with low contrast and unclear separation between components. The hierarchy of elements is unbalanced, and from a user’s perspective it can be difficult to understand whether you’re inside a specific section or whether certain buttons belong to that section or not. This applies not only to the User Portal but also to the main website, which currently makes Pressable appear somewhat cheap and less trustworthy. However, once you start using the service, you can clearly appreciate the solid infrastructure behind it.

We were looking for a strong partner who could help us work more smoothly in environments that require high performance and strong security.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The customer service that is provided is second to none. They are so fast to respond and I feel like a big priority to them when I call them or when I am chatting with them on their website. I had an issue with my website at GoDaddy and they told me it would be 2 days before someone would take a look at it. Pressable solved the problem in minutes and didn't have the huge fee that Go Daddy was going to charge me. I'm really happy so far with everything.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I don't have any downside. It's still early on so I suppose that could change but the responsiveness has been great. I don't forsee there being any problems . . .

We had some issues with our webforms being delivered initially. They went through all of our plugins to help identify the problem and then told me how to fix it.

Customer service is always important to me. The CS reps at pressable are polite, respectful and attentive. Helped me through the process of transferring our hosting over and we were up and running with minimal issues.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Accessing core files in wordpress is not as straightforward as traditional hosting platforms. Some raw access would be helpful in removing unwanted themes etc that are blocked by pressable within the dashboard.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hosting service was a big upgrade for us. Delivering our content at much faster speeds than what we were getting from big box hosting, being optimised for wordpress made a huge difference for us.

The team there has helped us with issues that have been out of scope. While this has not been an expectation, it's been a really incredible bonus when possible.

Not very much to dislike; some of their tech support is more experienced and helpful than others, but this is normal for every company and not a complaint at all.

We are entirely volunteer run and that means we don't always have expertise on our team to help. Pressable has been amazing at helping us bridge that knowledge gap.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

My standing advice to friends and professional colleagues is to never self-host your own Wordpress.  Wordpress is great software to use, but it has a long history of bad security vulnerabilities, and even as a very technical user, who works in cybersecurity, I still got hacked a couple of years ago.  That wasn't fun at all!  Pressable handles rolling out security updates for me, with zero intervention needed on my part, and zero downtime.  I've been a customer for at least five years now, and it's been rock-solid for me ever since I switched.  It's also much cheaper than Wordpress.com if you have multiple sites, and still lets you run custom themes and plugins, which is very important for me.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Really there are zero downsides.  If you don't like Wordpress, you'll want a different provider, or you want white-glove support, you'll want something like Wordpress.com VIP, but if you just want a decent Wordpress with somebody else pulling pager duty for it, Pressable is *great*.

If you're self-hosting—switch now!  You'll be so much happier.

I use Pressable for both my consulting brochureware site (business) and my personal site (blog). It's been always reliable and Just Works™ as long as I need it to work.

Pressable is by Automattic, the owner of WordPress, so I feel confident that the tools and support will always be on the side of WordPress. My experience with support has been top-notch, as well.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I have not found that I have any issues with Pressable. Whenever I need support, the response through chat from the support agents is always quick and friendly. Nothing negative to share.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

Pressable was built specifically for WordPress, so all tools and support are hyper-focused to the WordPress platform. The support team is one of the best I've worked with.

I can get web hosting from almost anywhere and often for less, but Pressable was amazing throughout my host selection process and then with onboarding when I was ready to commit. And again, support has been very reliable. Whenever I have issues, they are resolved quickly, ensuring that I can continue to be productive for my clients.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The price-point sold me originally. I was able to get Managed WordPress Hosting for a fraction of the cost (as an Agency account). The features I needed were all there, and both their sales and support staff always took the time to answer my questions or help in any way possible. After using their services for a year, the value of the product and their support staff are what keep me there. The free Jetpack Premium account for all Pressable-hosted sites is a nice benefit for managing backups, automatic plugin updates, and (if you want to use them) the mass of other features Jetpack Premium offers.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Pressable is always working to make their services better. They somewhat recently introduced staging sites, but the staging to production migration could use a little work. I know it will get better, but until it does, their support was quick to say, "just let us know when you need to migrate from Staging to Production and we can do it for you!" I do also wish backups were handled by Pressable (instead of through Jetpack), but I understand how their need for additional storage may drastically increase their service price.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

There has become a gap between "standard" hosting companies (think Bluehost, GoDaddy, SiteGround) and those focused exclusively on hosting WordPress websites (think Pressable, WPEngine, Kinsta). The breaking point for me on all "standard" hosting companies in the past has been their support. WordPress is a unique product and requires support personnel who are familiar with its intricacies. Going with a company that specializes in WordPress hosting (and nothing else) means the support staff is going to be competent and capable of solving your problems. I've had wonderful experiences with support at both Pressable and WPEngine (and have clients at both). For me and the bulk of my clients, Pressable offers a better price-point!

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've done agency hosting accounts with several other companies in the past, and never been satisfied. After deciding to move around 40 clients to a WordPress-specific hosting company, I researched half a dozen of the big players. I landed on Pressable because, as a small business owner who develops/maintains websites for other small businesses, their price-point was unbeatable. I'm able to offer competitive pricing for high-quality hosting. I have been hosting all of my customer websites on Pressable for a year now and only had two short blips of downtime (that were immediately resolved). I also can't say enough about their support. Their support is always available, personal and knowledgeable. For anyone who has dealt with support at "low-rent" hosting companies, you know how valuable good tech support is!

Support is great. While only available through chat & email, we never have to wait longer than a few minutes. And support has great WordPress-specific chops. Other hosts we've worked with have not. And I think our site has only had one unscheduled outage in a few years with Pressable.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

It's hard to come up with things I don't like. Am really reaching here, as this is a little esoteric, but taking a staged site live (Pressable allows working on non-production sites in a staged environment), we've occasionally found URLs embedded in the staging site's DB to persist once the staging site has moved to production. A search & replace, either by us or support, fixes the issue. But there's not a lot else we don't like about Pressable.

Take advantage of Pressable's free migration from other hosts. Makes it very easy.

Pressable hosts the public website for our SaaS software company. It does not host our actual SaaS product.

I switched from Kinsta and am getting the same dependability for almost a third of the cost. I wish I would have found Pressable earlier.  My experience with their support has been limited so far but... they were super fast to respond to me and migrated my sites almost instantaneously. Really good first impression that left me felling like I found the right place to host my sites.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Their staging site process is a little different and could be streamlined.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

If you are building with WordPress why wouldn't you use the hosting owned by the folks who build WordPress. Best alternative to other managed hosts such as Kinsta and WP Engine.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My sites appear to load just as fast as when they were on Kinsta. Getting everything up and running was very straightforward. I want to focus on building and running my sites and not on managing server stuff. Pressable allows me to do that.

Pressable takes care the big technical stuff and offers substantial support. Switching over was simple with their migration process. Their technical support team has really been there for me. I still have to do maintenance and there are guidelines on what is my responsibility, but there’s a resource center so customer’s like myself can learn/inform themselves on a process/issue encountered. The support staff is top-notch. Most support sucks, can't answer stuff, fake their way through and waste your time. Pressable techs know their stuff!

It's a little pricey but I get why, It isn't like there is a cheaper option out there with the same level of quality and support.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

I miss the days when they offered unlimited space for website files. On saying this to a tech he advised me that they can assist in helping me set up an amazon server file hosting so that I can use it to keep any large amounts of site files

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hostgator for most of my shared hosting clients, those with low traffic, no real need for extra security, speed and space. For those, for eCommerce and for my own sites I use Pressable. I charge a lot more for this hosting but I explain why its worth it.

Pressable is from Automattic, so that's a big thing, but having a host that is specific to Divi, with site security included (Jetpack-based), are the standout features.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

So far I haven't found anything that I dislike about Pressable. Everything has been smooth, migration was super simple (and successful!). I don't have any complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

Are you looking for WordPress hosting? How about Divi-specific? Website security? Daily backups? Easy migrations? Staging sites? Pressable has you covered on all of that.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site security was at the top - trying to find a host with good security is a must. I use Sucuri for other sites, and it is very good but more expensive than I'd like. Plus, I use Divi for my sites, so having a host configured specifically for Divi is a big help. I get all of that, and more, for a great price.

Their support is great.  The wait is short, and they genuinely care about fixing your issue.  Can't say the same for my past experiences, with hosts.  We use them for all our Wordpress hosting, CDN, etc. with auto-updates which so far have all worked flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I do tend to fumble a bit setting up new sites on their back-end.  But we don't do it often, and their support has always helped us if we had a hiccup along the way.

We use this at the agency level.  I'm sure it would work fine for individuals, as well.

We get fast, reliable hosting for an affordable price.  They don't nickel and dime you for every feature and upgrade, we have everything we need in our package.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Pressable makes WordPress hosting simple. Their dashboard and site tools take no time to learn and their support team is always there to solve issues, answer questions, and even provide training. They have gone above and beyond many times to investigate and provide solutions or recommendations to site issues. I host over 80 sites with Pressable so I reach out to support often.

Pressable WordPress hosting is fast. I use another hosting platform for a few sites but I use the same themes and plugins that I do on Pressable (i.e. I'm comparing apples with apples here). I am consistently amazed at how much faster my sites on Pressable run - especially in development. The page builder I use takes some time to load but it loads almost instantly on Pressable compared to 8-10 seconds on the other hosting platform.  

Pressable provides value beyond just hosting. Because Pressable is an Automattic company, they provide JetPack Premium at no additional cost. I wasn't familiar with JetPack prior to signing up with Pressable but now I use it to manage and back up all my sites. I continue to find new uses and benefits from JetPack. Pressable also provides free SSLs  (set up automatically - no additional steps like some other hosting companies). Connecting with their CDN is also automatic and improves site speed even more. I can also easily create staging sites and clone sites with the click of a button. All of my sites, clones, and staging sites are visible from one dashboard and clearly labeled so I don't have to navigate through a bunch of menus to find what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Currently Pressable doesn't have a file manager for site files. It's easy enough to FTP but there have been some instances where a file manager would have saved me some time. I found a middle ground by using a file manger plugin from within WordPress but I'd like to see a server-side file manger added to the dashboard.

One of my biggest problems in business is time management. Pressable's simplicity and support enable me to save time and resources by helping me to create simple repeatable processes for my sites and delegate problem solving to Pressable's support team.

A lot of downsides have already been fixed over our years with Pressable. I still find a slight downside to pay for each website slot. Also, it would be nice to host simple HTML sites on the server as well.

I'm liking cost less and less.  I started with them with they were still ZippyKid and for managed WordPress, they offered an excellent service for a reasonable cost.  They have increasingly been getting more expensive and now that they are owned by Automattic, they are more of a premium product.  Even our grandfathered rates have increased by 50% per month.

I like that I can sign in to one platform that allows me to see and manage multiple sites from one place. It's especially handy when doing mass upgrades to work through my list of sites methodically from Pressable.

I wish Pressable stored my Wordpress login for each site so clicking the WP icon would take me directly to the WP dashboard. I also dislike the pricing tiers. As a startup, I'm scared to move from 3 sites to 10 because of the price difference and there's no guarantee that I'll get more sites. Being stuck at 4 for any length of time will quickly become unfeasible financially.

My favorite aspects of Pressable are the fact that I don't have to worry about setting Wordpress up on my new domains (that Pressable does that for me), and the 10/10 customer service. Any time I have a question about a complicated technical detail, Pressable chat either tells me a solution, or does the solution for me.

I guess the only thing I dislike is the fact that I need to download a separate program to do any SFTP, and that my SFTP credentials are one-time only.

Very fast hosting and service is excellent

Apple touch icons don't show up correctly on any sites hosted with Pressable, or even their website (icons show up blank on safari bookmarks page). Went back and forth with their team to fix this but could never figure it out.

Needed hassle-free and fast hosting. Pressable has been great so far.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

First of all, I'd like to mention the support of Pressable. They are very helpful, answer very fast and try their best to help you. Many hosting providers boast that they have such support but only on Pressable I felt like there aren't any problems the support can't help me with.

Second - my site is on Divi/WordPress. And it works fast on Pressable. I like that.

Third - I like that I have access only to what is needed, nothing excessive.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Can't recall anything I dislike. Very good hosting.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

If your site uses Divi, I strongly recommend considering Pressable. One of the strongest sides of it is their support. So if you like me aren't a techy person, the first thing to do - write to support, and they will help you to transfer site fast and without any headache. You can spend this time on your job instead.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not a very techy person. Pressable allows me to skip the boring part of hosting my site and do what is really important - manage my site without headache.

Support team is on point! Hands down the best support I've ever encountered. The chat is super easy and convenient, and every time I have an issue or question someone responds to me within minutes.

I wish their staging environment was a true staging environment. I would like to be able to test updates, plugins, and content and then push them directly to my live site.

Their easy setup, support, and included features were a big help when I was new to wordpress.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The platforms is very easy to navigate and propagation time is incredible. Been on the system for 3 months now and have not had a single issue. Plus their support team is very responsive which is very important to us.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I cannot add multiple users to my admin panel so I can have my team access. This means that I am forced to share my login credentials with my team; which is fine but I would rather have team members that absolutely need to have access to the server as a whole to user their own credentials.

After working with dozens of hosting, Pressable is my go-to for enterprise-level website management.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNS has been a bit issue for us prebiously. Propagation with pressabel is much faster so it was an issue resolved that we did not know we had. Cloning of sites is something we do on a weekly basis as we have framework site we work off of. Pressable makes this process extremely quick.  And going live is 10X easier than our previous platform.

Ease of access, Competitive prices in comparison with wpengine, kinsta, pantheon. I love their policy of having more PHP workers, and a Jetpack license. Its a complete solution for hosting wordpress sites.

Nothing, Prices are competitive and good, But yeah they didn't had affiliate system, which support did ensure that they are working on it, so yes. The company is great though, No Downtime, No Downsides from Pressable.

Pressable has no limit on PHP workers, Kinsta has and also wpengine has limit. So i feel Pressable is better and it is made by Automattic, team behind wordpress. So i feel they have a better chance of perfecting wordpress hosting solutions..

Hosting a wordpress solution, with no limit on PHP workers. Having a Staging, Development & Production environment and all three environments are independent of sites. The support is amazing, Backups, No Downtime. All feels amazing.
