What do you like best about PREP - PDF and Document Remediation Platform?

PREP has become an essential part of my PDF remediation workflow. It's cost-effective, reliable, and handles complex remediation tasks better than any other product I've used, including several industry-standard tools we rely on regularly. Its AI-generated alt text is especially impressive, consistently producing more accurate, useful descriptions than competing products and saving me a tremendous amount of time.

The training and customer support are phenomenal. There is definitely a learning curve because PREP is such a powerful platform, but the team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to help. What do you dislike about PREP - PDF and Document Remediation Platform?

The learning curve is probably PREP's biggest challenge. Because it's such a powerful platform with a robust feature set, it takes some time to learn. That said, the excellent training and phenomenal customer support make the process much easier. What problems is PREP - PDF and Document Remediation Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

PREP has enabled our team to more efficiently remediate hundreds of lengthy, highly complex PDFs with demanding accessibility requirements. Our documents include items such as advanced mathematics and LaTeX, chemistry, physics, computer science notation, intricate diagrams, complex tables, deeply nested bulleted and numbered lists, and other challenging content that many remediation tools struggle to handle.

By automating many of the most time-consuming aspects of PDF remediation, particularly generating high-quality alt text and accurately handling complex document structures, PREP has significantly reduced the time required to produce accessible, ADA-compliant materials while improving the overall quality, consistency, and reliability of our work.
